Add a removed user back with the same email

Craze does not allow 2 users to have the same login email.


Craze does not allow 2 employees to have the same Employee ID.


Steps to follow

  1. Change the email of the removed user to something else (eg. user+deleted@yourdomain.com)

Go to the removed user's profile -> User details tab -> Edit email



  1. Change their Employee ID, if you wish to add them back with the same Employee ID

  1. Add the user back normally
