Employment Revisions: How do I update a Promotion/Appraisal of an Employee on Craze

  1. Head to the “People” tab



  1. Select the person you wish to revise the Employment for



  1. Click on the "Employment Details" tab



  1. Select the "Revise Employment" Option under the 3 dot menu on the top right side of the Employment Detail card as shown


  1. Edit their employment details - Their Role, Compensation and Date the revision is effective from

Continue to the next step


  1. Edit the Payroll Details for the Employee - Choose a new salary structure, update their PF/ESIC Status

Choose if you wish to change the salary structure

Opt them into PF/ESIC is necessary


  1. In the next step, select all the things you wish to update - Leave Policy, Attendance Policy and the Reporting Structure


  1. Depending on what you've chosen to edit, update the relevant details

Update the Leave Policy

Update the Attendance Policy

Update the Reporting Structure


  1. Add a document to be signed by the employee. e.g., Appraisal Letter

Add a document to be signed by the employee. e.g., Appraisal Letter


  1. Leave notes on the employment revision (If any)
