Leave Balances: Edit Employee Leave Balances Individually and in Bulk

  1. Navigate to the "Balances" section under Leaves


  1. Select the Leave Type for which you wish to edit the balances for


  1. Click on the Edit icon next to the person's balance you wish to edit


  1. Enter the New Leave Balance for this leave type corresponding to the selected user and click on the "Update Leave Balance" button


To Bulk Edit Leave Balances

  1. Select the Leave Type for which you wish to edit the balances for


  1. Click on the "Bulk Edit" icon


  1. Download the CSV template by clicking on "Export CSV"


  1. Edit the CSV to reflect new balances and import the modified CSV by clicking on the "Add Document" Button


Congratulations. You have edited leave balances for your employees
