Performance: Set up peer review configuration

Make sure you have initiated the process of setting up a cycle. If you haven't refer this guide.

Start by adding questions by clicking Add Review questions. If you've already created a question set, import it.

You can reorder, edit, delete or add ad hoc questions if necessary.

Set up the peer review configuration

Who will nominate peers?
Decide whether the primary reviewer (manager) or the employee will nominate peers to give feedback. It’s recommended to let the primary reviewer nominate to ensure fairness and quality.

Do you want to allow nominated peers to decline reviews?
Choose if peers should have the option to accept or decline a review request. Allowing declination helps ensure only peers who have enough context provide feedback.

Do you want to allow editing reviews after submission?
Set whether reviewers can edit their submitted feedback before the review deadline. Allowing edits ensures reviewers can update or improve their responses if needed.

Should the review be visible to the person under review?
Control whether peer feedback is shared directly with the person being reviewed. Keeping it not visible (recommended) encourages more honest and candid responses.
