Performance: Set up self review configuration
Make sure you have initiated the process of setting up a cycle. If you haven't refer this guide.
Start by adding questions by clicking Add Review questions. If you've already created a question set, import it.
You can reorder, edit, delete or add ad hoc questions if necessary.
Do you want to allow editing reviews after submission?
Set whether employees can edit their self-reviews before the review deadline. Allowing edits ensures employees can update or improve their responses if needed.
