Performance: Set up upward review configuration
Make sure you have initiated the process of setting up a cycle. If you haven't refer this guide.
Start by adding questions by clicking Add Review questions. If you've already created a question set, import it.
You can reorder, edit, delete or add ad hoc questions if necessary.

Choose which managers are eligible to be reviewed.
Exclude managers who started after this date
Only managers who have been managing the employee since before the selected date will be included for review. This ensures that feedback is collected only for managers with sufficient working history.
Exclude managers who stopped managing after this date
Managers who have moved out of a reporting relationship after the selected date will still be included for review. Set this to limit feedback to currently active manager relationships.
Exclude managers who managed the direct report for less than this many days
Managers who have managed an employee for fewer days than the entered number will be excluded. This avoids feedback from relationships that were too short to be meaningful.
If you don't want to include any past managers for the review, leave this as is

Do you want to allow reviewers to decline reviews?
Specify if direct reports can opt out of reviewing certain managers. Allowing declination ensures reviewers are comfortable and feedback quality remains high.
Do you want to allow editing reviews after submission?
Allow reviewers to edit their responses until the review cycle's due date. This helps reviewers correct or improve feedback before final submission.
Should the review be visible to the person under review?
Decide if the manager being reviewed should directly see the feedback. Keeping reviews not visible (recommended) encourages honest, constructive responses.
